What I Solve
I’m a UX researcher and designer with a focus on how people make decisions online.
My work centers on one question: “What's stopping users from moving forward?”
Through research, testing, and iteration, I identify where trust breaks down, where information gets lost, and where users hesitate and I design solutions that remove those barriers.
In my recent work with a local catering business, I helped restructure their website experience to:
- Make pricing easier to find
- Clarify service options
- Reduce the need for back-and-forth communication
The result: faster decisions, stronger trust, and a smoother path to booking.
